一些小tips：
- 微笑，自然的交谈。不管之前准备了多少长篇大论，这毕竟是一场两个人的对话，一定要注意对方反应，看着对方的面部表情，适度调整自己的说话节奏
- 自信，从衣着到谈吐。反正我是喜欢穿西装的那种，觉得制服非常能提气，而且化了淡妆，收拾了一下，一方面是对对方尊重，一方面是自己觉得有气场。
- 练习，很多的练习，这样才从容。我之前不怎么用skype的，所以特意花了时间练习各种角度之类的。（可能我强迫症）更多的练习是内容：具体可以参考我之前发过的一个帖子，非常棒的参考资料，问道的东西大概不会出其右了。 https://forum.chasedream.com/thread-877876-1-1.html

我本来以为interviewer会抓住你的特定经历问个底掉，但其实人家并没有怎么刁难我，都是一些基础问题，很常规的，完全准备好的。
- why MBA? Why ZZZ school?
- leadership case
- teamwork case
- will you feel uncomfortable if you are the only Chinese in the class?
- how do you feel doing presentation?
- are you good at accounting and finance?
- what is the difficult thing you faced when you were doing XXX project?
- do you have question for me?
- why perticular this school or this city?any specical reason?
- did you also apply other school?
- if you are not admitted, what will you do?
- the world is changing fast, how do you see the big thing happened in the world now.
- how do you see the air pollution in Beijing
- do you think you are a risk taker?
----想来他问得还是蛮多的，这两天出结果，pray。。
之后小哥告诉我，他有机会来京，看吧到时候是不是会见到。我不知道他干嘛要问如果没被录取我会如何的问题，我说，我再申别的呗，然后说了一所学校的名字，他听了，表示知道，然后确认了一句，说：so, you definetely want to take an MBA program. I said yes. 不知不觉聊了40分钟时间，本来觉得那么长怎么聊啊，后来聊起来觉得时间过得蛮快的。无论结果如何，我算是完成了这一步。
特别感谢CD里的资源，也特别感谢一个远方的人儿从头到尾的支持和关心，昨晚在机场发了无数的微信和what's app给我指点，无论结果如何，努力的感觉真棒！
