Johnson MBA R3 interview with Snezana Kato [2013-02-27]

首先要表示下遗憾，面试感觉不太好。因为事先没有问招生人员是谁面试，邮件往来都是以为是直接联系人面试，结果视频上冒出来的人连名字都不会念....

Questions:

1. Why Johnson MBA?
2. What immersion? the curriculum ?
3. Other school applied.
4. Have you visited Cornell? Have you been to US?
5. Have you contacted any alumni or current student?
6. Tell a leadership experience.
7. Tell a time you took an initiative.
8. How do you encourage team member?
9. What interpersonal difficult that you have met?
10. What is the highest rank that you managed?
11. Tell a big professional decision that you made.
12. Why this industry?
13. What clubs that you want to join?
14. Long term and short term career goals.
15. Where to be after graduation? Which company? What function? How about internship?
16. Any plan to work in the States after graduation?
17. Questions?

LZ因为准备的时候比较粗略，没有细看到什么club有什么活动，哪个immersion有什么课程，结果可想而知，在细节上被追问到惨不认睹，以致后来结巴作答，被怀疑英语能力......

面试的时候因为网络不太好，视频改为无视频对话。期间的感觉就是问题无敌多，在career goal上面被追问到非常细小的问题。 所以建议后来面试的人好好准备，清晰列出career goal和想去公司的名字，找人mock，锻炼临场发挥的能力。

面试开始还要求看带照片的身份证明，幸好护照在身边，但还是头一遭。难道这是康村的特色？

面试完了连面试人的email都找不到，也没有想到要问，结果连感谢信都不知道写到哪里去.... 好悲剧
