申请的R1，被WL之后马上又收到面试邀请，今晚刚做了skype interview，分享下面经积攒人品

2nd yr student面试，对方是不相关的行业，但人很nice，整个过程对话形式，所有的问题基本上都可以在之前的面经找到，回答过程中也不会不断challenge你

1. talk abt yourself
2. why mba/why now/why anderson, career goal
3. leadership experience
4. solve conflict example
5. deal with difficult person
6. constructive feedback
7. your unique quality to bring to the table
8. most significant accomplishment
