首先抱歉汇报晚了，Foster是13日收到的，昨天等到了Cornell的拒信终于算结束了R1的所有申请。

Foster 给了第一学年 $12,000小奖。

面试细节：

11/13 skype, 面试官：carrie，用时45分钟左右，语速中等，面带微笑，期间不断用great来鼓励你，透过skype镜头能看到她背后窗外是个大晴天，斜阳甚至直射到我脸上，非常惊讶，印象中Seattle总是是阴雨连绵。

问题：

1. why MBA, Why now, Why Foster
2. Your leadership style
3. Describe Professionalism
4. Why the employer should hire you but not others
5. What's your alternative plan if not being hired by your target employer
6. define soft skills, how to improve your soft skills
7. What's your working/study plan in 1st year.
