Kellogg MBA R1 Interview @ Shanghai [2012-11-03]

昨天下午的面试，校友是ex-consultant，现在industry做marketing，人是比较典型的Kellogg风格，低调谦逊

面试问题比较常规：

1. Introduce yourself
2. Walk through resume
3. Why MBA, Why Kellogg
4. Contribution to Kellogg
5. Teamwork experience
6. How to deal with conflict
7. Leadership
8. Why choose you rather than other applicants
9. Three biggest achievements
10. Any questions?

校友原先将面试地点定在来福士商场里的星巴克，本人比较熟悉那里的环境，所以跟她说能否换去来福士办公楼或者附近另外一家星巴克，因为人较少会安静许多，希望同学们最好能够提前了解一下面试地点的情况，以便在比较理想的环境下进行面试。
