Position 1: Strategic Planning Manager
Location: Shanghai
Position Summary
- Conduct rigorous long-range sales forecasts that meet Roche global standard and can be used as rational inputs for China sales target setting
- To provide efforts in collaborating with the IBTs and contribute to global planning process
Responsibilities
- Assist the implementation of strategic imperatives in China
- Coordinate with BUs and ensure endorsement and cooperation on implementation of strategic initiatives
- Develop long-range sales forecasts
- Conduct long-range sales forecasts
- Coordinate with other Strategic Planning Associate Managers and ensure close collaboration and alignment
- Ensure long-range sales forecasts are projected objectively and independently
- Collaborate with IBTs and contribute to global planning
- Collaborate with IBTs and understand global strategy and planning process
- Contribute to global planning process from China market perspectives for the strategic products that have joined the IBTs
- Support BU in quarterly marketing reviews
- Assist BU in preparing for quarterly marketing reviews
Requirements:
- Consultants from top consulting firm are preferred
- Over 3 years’ experience in strategic planning or marketing, pharma industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Position 2: Medical Planning Manager, Project & KPI Management
Division & Department：Medical
Location: Shanghai
Position Summary
- Lead a group or professionals to drive medical plan, project, resource and KPI management
- Assist new product launch readiness activities
- Develop China disease priority and portfolio plan with SP/BU etc.(PDY and Medical Science)
- Lead China opportunity discussion and proposal
Responsibilities
- Assist the implementation of strategic imperatives in Chin
- Coordinate with BUs and ensure endorsement and cooperation on implementation of strategic initiatives e.g.,
- Define product positioning and high-sales level
- Support product penetration strategy
- Redefine product marketing focus
- Coordinate with BUs and ensure endorsement and cooperation on implementation of strategic initiatives e.g.,
- Assist new product launch readiness activities
- Support Launch Readiness localization
- Conduct launch readiness workshop
- Plan launch readiness workshop
- Support Launch Readiness localization
- Assist project management
- Assist various global or local company level projects e.g., Roche China Strategy and Roche China Goal Setting etc.
- Develop long-range sales forecasts
- Conduct long-range sales forecasts
- Coordinate with other Strategic Planning Associate Managers and ensure close collaboration and alignment

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred
- 5+ years working experiences with at least 2 year experience in a leading strategic consulting firm and more than half time working for healthcare projects
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Strong client relationship skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
