新一轮的申请季节到来，面对众多知名的商学院，你是否会感到迷茫，哪一所才是真正适合自己的？面对申请中几百字的essay，却要展示十几年的人生，浓缩自己职业生涯中的闪光点，什么才是essay的衡量标准呢？商学院在招生中更关注什么呢？

• 要求与会者有full-time工作经历；
• Round Table Meeting交流语言为英语，形式为与admission officers小组讨论，要求与会者可以使用英文流畅表达；
• 充分利用这个宝贵的机会，提前准备好需要咨询的问题；如果您已经准备好简历，建议您带上简历；
• 关于着装：不需要穿着非常正式，推荐business casual。

All participants will be assigned to a numbered table where they will sit for the night.  Admissions directors will start at one of eight tables and over the course of the evening, will meet with all students at each table. The schools divide the 15 min per table to introduce their program (5 min) and discuss the topics as below (10 min) and how their school handle them.

Introductions, review activities and agenda

Round 1
Round table discussion–finding the right business school for you (includes discussion on identifying goals and how to identify schools that match goals)

Round 2
Round table workshop–finding the right business school for you (how to write, in English, an outline of a goals statement that gives examples of how a particular business school can help achieve goals)

Round 3
Round table workshop–timing of an application (when to start, how to approach the school, planning of courses TOEFL, GMAT, response times of admission office, time of final decision)

Round 4
Round table workshop–constructing a western resume (include past job responsibilities and accomplishments, leadership and how to promote self (and why it is okay to fail), page limitations, etc.

Round 5
Round table exercise: identifying strategies to address cultural differences (can include firm handshakes, western classroom style, discussion of failure and why it is okay, talking about successes without boasting, western classroom ethics, etc.)

Round 6
Round table exercise: positioning strategies (Encourage participants to come up with ways they can interact with the school through school visits, essays, letters of recommendation, interviews, etc).

Round 7
Round table exercise: identifying differences in daily live (can include how to find accommodation, Visa, work permission, local transportation, aliments, living costs etc.)

Round 8
Round table workshop–Taboos and formal issues why application are not accepted (includes deadlines, mail delays, transcripts translation, and typical challenges with Asian applicants)
