SH04是个让人骄傲的团队，经过2个月的努力，我们大部分人拿到了Top10，其他人也是Top20的全奖，从Harvard, Wharton, Yale 到 Duke, Michigan, NYU，感谢ChaseDream，组长Charles，和所有组员，我为你们骄傲。
我还记得我们第一次见面，大家充满激情和朝气的脸，还有ChaseDream的第一堂课，至今都历历在目。
我们是如何成功的？是所谓的“牛”到名校迫不及待的要我们吗？我想不尽然。在我看来，成功=对学校需要的理解+对自己和对手的理解+出色的Essay+绝对不可以失败的Interview?

- 认识学校：ChaseDream美国留学的背景，可以献身说法。CD的MENTOR们都是美国牛校的在校生或毕业生，你所有的问题在这里都有答案。
- 认识自己和竞争对手。通过你的竞争对手会更好的了解你和你所处的位置。CD的WORKSHOP里所有的战友都代表了他们这样背景的人群。你可以通过这些信息来调整自己的申请策略。
- 出色的ESSAY。ESSAY是最重要的部分之一。CD的WORKSHOP最大的任务是写ESSAY。CD成员之间的协作对ESSAY的写作是最大的帮助。素材选取（最重要的部分）+叙述的结构+英语语言的表达，你的战友会帮助你。
- 绝对不可以失败的INTERVIEW。你可能听说一个被TOP10拒掉的学生被TOP5录取，我想最主要的原因是两点：你是不是他们主要要录取的背景？你的INTERVIEW如何？你的背景是不能改变的，能改变的只有INTERVIEW。如果INTERVIEW没有信心，就越早准备越好。

I was totally in blind before joined CD workshop; although had gotten not bad scores, I knew nothing about business school applications, or even worse I didn't know where to start. CD workshop taught me how to handle the application steps one after another, and finally got all the job done.
Joining the workshop was not like just to finish your essays, but to take a good look at yourself, and ask some deep heavy serious questions, such as what kind of person you are, what kind of life you want to lead, what is the dream of your lifetime, and how to find a way to make your dreams come true. I would say thinking and talking about these heavy topics was not easy. From some point of view, the whole procedure was more like a "torture". ;-) However, after made my journey through this "torture", I have to say it's worth the stress I "suffered" from this procedure. :-)
Most important is that I was accompanied by a group to go through this "torture", rather than walked a lonely road. The support and friendship I shared with my workshop-mates make us recognize each other as friends of lifetime. :-) I believe one of the purposes to go to the business school is to build up an effective network. So why not begin to build this network from CD workshop?

Heading for your MBA in the correct direction with CD workshop
Thanks for CD workshop and ChaseDream selfless assistance, I could finally go through that suffering application process and got in my dream school. There is no question that working with my workshop buddies under ChaseDream instruction dramatically improved my MBA application success. I've gained a lot from my workshop experiences, e.g.:a better understanding of myself & my career path, the advanced essay writing skills, the mock interview opportunities, the professional resume editing skills, an enlarged information base, and, the life-long friendship with my teammates...
And the best thing about CD workshop is that it helped me to make sure that I got on the right "bus" headed in the correct direction. The workshop of Chasedream is a really helpful and collaborated group. I did get my roadmap of application and learn a lot from the group. If you have completed the GMAT and TOEFL, and get good score, come to the workshop. With the ChaseDream instruction, I just finished the homework and followed the procedure of application, editing the essay, getting the recommendation letter, sending the score, completing the whole application before the deadline and so on, just it. I found out that the whole process is not so complicated. From the workshop, I gained a lot of strategic of application that makes my profile better. With sharing the information with group members, I figured out which schools fit me best. From the group discussion, I honed my best essays that I could not work out before. Chase Dream Workshop is a nice home for the applicants.? Initially, I knew little about application. Fortunately, I happed to meet ChaseDream and finally became one member of Chase Dream Workshop. 为什么选择CD Workshop（来自SH04的一点体会）
- 小team，不超过8个人，大家可以彼此充分沟通，交流，说出自己的独特的从来不与人分享的故事，可以做到最大深度的brainstorming，这是完成优秀essay的最大保证。在做career goal的讨论时，我们team曾经从周六晚上7点讨论到周日早上5点半。
- 虽然只有8个人，但所有成员都经过ChaseDream团队的筛选，即我们的team是免费的，但是有严格的进入标准的，如g的分数，工作的背景等等。反之，收费的workshop会不会去筛选要交钱的申请者就不得而知了。
- 3.8个人的背景非常diversified，以我们team为例，有毕业2年的，也有30大几的，有project manager，也有领导数十人的team leader，有国企的，也有GE的，有做IT的，也有做审计的，有reapplicant，也有刚开始的。
- ChaseDream给我们布置作业，讲解要点，让大家有了一个大致的方向和大致的时间表，可以督促自己完成进度。ChaseDream进行了多个专题的讲座，并且对每个人的essay做了个别的指导。

Attending CD workshop has been the most unforgettable experience. It's this attendance that at least changes my career path and development path. 参加完workshop中的体会：
- Diversity: 我们为什么要去念MBA其中之一的理由便是能与自不同背景的人进行长达两年的交流。那么workshop无疑提供了一个很好的dyversify的平台。拿我们这组为例，年龄从 25岁至30多岁不等；5男3女，背景各行各业（有finance，有IT, 有sales,有marketing），整一个potential MBA teamJ 我们在brainstorming的过程中都分享了很多不同的故事，同时也了解了不同人思考问题的不同视角，这个对于开阔essay思路是大有帮助的。
- Tight schedule: 每周我们都有大量的作业（写提纲，整理故事，看范文，做school research，有时真是觉得不堪重负啊～～～我懒了，我不干了） 但是ChaseDream自有妙招push你去完成，那就是罚钱，把收集起来的钱作为我们组以后活动的资金。但是这些作业真是受益匪浅，想知道的话＝你参加后写essay时就知道它的好处了:D
- Team work: 不走完申请全程不知team work的重要性啊。万里长征岂能少了同道人的鼓励和支持呢。举个例子，我曾经一度因一个学校的essay推倒重来好几次而心情极度低落，最后导致写文章一点思路也没有。而这时我们组一个组员一大早和我进行了长达一个小时的电话长谈，鼓励我继续奋斗。 这样的关心存在于我们申请的每个过程中，如果没有这群可爱的人，我想这段路一定走起来更为艰难吧。
- 来自CD的帮助:
ChaseDream的指导：这对于我们这群人来说帮助是最大的，她对于我们essay的犀利的点评虽然每次总让我们在deadline前自信心颇受打击，但是如果没有她及时的意见，可能我们中很多essay都不会那么出彩。
语音聊天室：我们通过语音聊天室从B-school的录取者分享经验和感受。
Workshop专用网站：纪录了我们10周的点滴，diary用于写感受，作业板块我们彼此点评每周的作业，信息栏我们分享各自找来的有用资源。

开始考GMAT的时候，就得到CD论坛的各位XDJM的帮助，CD的名誉很高我就不多说了。申请MBA，选择CD的workshop也成为很自然的事情。
开始我对于申请MBA很没底，一个做IT技术的，30多岁，刚有了baby。时间对我来说永远是不够的。一路走下来workshop的XZ和各位成员给了我很大帮助，我对workshop的感受是:
- 专业指导：有ChaseDream和很多MBA成功人士的辅导，能节省自己大量精力，用有限的力量做正确的事情。
- MBA的氛围：申请MBA的人多半都有家庭和工作的负担，很容易迷失在其中而放弃了机会。workshop的每周聚会随时给你申请的紧迫感，不在觉得申请是孤单的，因为有一群xdjm和你一起在努力。
- 良性竞争：workshop里的人都会真心的帮助你，不会为了自己的私利而损害朋友。
最后我想说，对申请MBA要充满信心，也许你有很多不利的因素或其他压力，但不要被它们影响你而放弃申请，只要坚持就会有好的结果。

十周的Essay煎熬比备考GMAT更为痛苦。苦思冥想，绞尽脑汁，如果一个人单枪匹马，十周之后通常是容颜憔悴，遍体鳞伤。然而，当与有着共同梦想，共同信念的CDer组成一个十人团队SH04，一同努力攻克商学院申请难关的时候，我们感觉到更多的是激情和信心。当ChaseDream宣布我们SH04还有最后一周的时候，没有人为申请终将结束感到高兴，而是都为不能再在一起通宵讨论而感到惋惜。
拿着Top 20的录取，我们申请的路是走完了，但还有更多新的挑战。签证，出国准备，开学前的课程准备，甚至MBA第一年的实习，毕业后的就业。。。

CD Workshop上海五组总共有8名成员，其中绝大部分组员都得到了优秀商学校的面试机会，最终4名组员获得录取（HBS、Michigan、Duke和LBS）。
回想过去的数月，感觉充满艰辛、但也满是收获。当重读自己蒙头写出的第一篇Career Goal, 其间的生涩难懂不禁让自己汗颜。当看到自己依照ChaseDream和队友的建议作下的密密麻麻的笔记，不禁回想起Workshop所给予我的启发、促动甚至于压力，也认识到最后成稿的成熟和通顺也凝结了其他队友智慧和贡献。当收到LBS录取通知的那一刻，我清楚的知道自己的所获是“独立申请”所无法达到的。
上周日，上海五组的队友们一起去杭州渡周末。看着身边的Strategy Consultant, Brand Manager, Market Analyst, Financial Specialist和 Corporate Lawyer, 我恍然意识到Workshop不但赋予了我们申请技巧，更带给我们如此有力且互助的社会网络。没有被录取的队友将继续得到来自团队的鼓励和支持并从队友那里获取所申请学校的第一手资料。被录取的队友也将分享到其他队友在各个领域内的资源。
我去年10月底才考完GMAT，对MBA申请也知之甚少。没有进入Workshop前，我仅仅想申请一家二流的商学院以草草了事，是队友们帮助我开阔了眼界、确立的信心。最后，在运气的眷顾下，我进入了伦敦商学院。希望申请07年MBA的Cders能积极参加Workshop,相信你们会亲身体验到其中的收获，也祝你们在申请过程中有好运相伴！

Chasedream Workshop--Top B-school Candidate Cradle
I still feel very luck to join Chasedream workshop, not only because through this program I secured the admission from top b-school, but also because in this workshop I made seven good friends in different backgrounds. We met every week, discussed in the panel, challenged and inspired each other. This brainstorming meeting is so amazing that some ideas could never be figured out by myself. This workshop acted like a pre-MBA course, and all of us co-created the colloborative and healthy enviornment.
Without this workshop, I would find it much harder to walk in this itching application road. Without this workshop, I would never have chance to meet such great friends. Without this workshop I would never find this application so enjoyable.
