最近一年多在澳洲工作，今天刚面了一位刚毕业的校友，我可能是她第一个面试的人吧，所以她也显得有点拘谨和照本宣科，不过问题还是蛮刁钻的：

2. Why MBA (趁机先说了career goal)
3. Why Booth
4. Tell me about a time when you have a plan but could not implement it directly, how did you revise the plan and achieve your goal
5. Why do you join consulting?
6. How would you plan to leverage the flexible curriculum in Booth?
7. In Booth, there’re all kinds of activities happening every time, so you need to be able to arrange your time. How do you prioritize your schedule?
8. Do you prefer working alone or with a group?
9. What kind of study environment do you like?
10. What are your favorite books? Why?
11. After graduation, do you want to work in the US or other place?
12. For how long have you known your best friends? How would he/she describe you in five words?
13. What can you contribute to Booth community after graduation?
14. Q&A

没有特别具体的leadership, teamwork举例的问题，估计是个人偏好吧。祝大家和自己都有好运！
