CEIBS MBA 新鲜面筋出炉 [2011.04.21]

今天下午面的，面试官Gordon Gao, 另外一个居然一时想不起名字了，总之是很NICE的两个人。。。

QUESTIONS：

1. brief self-introduction.
2. 我在Q1中提到leadership,所以就one example for leadership.
3. work responsibilty. 这个中间根据我的描述提了一些小问题问比较detailed的东西。
4. your company culture and value.
5. you have 2 different work experiences, and they are totally different industry, which one do u prefer?
6. is there any great person who influent you a lot in your life or work? pls give a example and reason.
7. what do u expect for yourself in 10 years?
8. what kind of company and position do u expect after MBA?
9. If u can't have the chance to Finance area, what is your plan B? 因为偶Q8说的是去finance area.

然后就是ask questions. 我问了两个：

1. 2个direction-marketing/finance, 什么时候开始分？答：入学一年后。
2. 关于交换项目。

感觉没有什么chanllenge的问题，从头到尾都很轻松，中间有段突然脑袋空白还好及时回来，只是觉得自己说了好多。。。

忐忑等结果。。。。
