In @ CUHK PT MBA + 面经

昨天收到CU的official offer，本人报的是PT，现总结下整个申请以及面试的感受。

因为gmat一直考不到700分，所以很迟才报名，大概是在3月21号才报的，在一个星期后收到的面试通知，实际面试是在申请的两周后。但是感觉中大的效率最高，也很专业。

面试是在3月31号晚上8点（不由得敬佩Mr. Lawrence Chan 的敬业精神）。 在接待处登记的时候发现当晚应该还有4-5个人要面试。面试中主要问到以下问题：

1. Job role;
2. How can be a good Project Manager;
3. And, what are the differences between a good one and a normal one;
4. The differences between work in Mainland and HK;
5. How do you think working in cross cultural environment, Is that a big challenge?
6. Do you find any problem on your current company?

没有问到short term and long term goals 的问题，因为在essay中有写。感觉Lawrence很认真的看过我的材料，问的问题很细致。总体上，我会尽量避免只回答字面的问题，我会将我的一些感受一起找机会说出来。

面试之后第三个工作日就得知中大有意向收我了，因为资料不齐，所以大概面试后12天收到正式offer。
