我11月18日得到沃顿面试邀请，要求12月11日前一定要面试完。四天来每天预约5-6次，均是未来45天没有面试时段。郁闷！
我给面试官发了两个电邮，连个回信都没有！
上沃顿网，热心人说有人截止日前一两天才预约上。
难道我又太着急了？

请各位大侠指教！

Are you talking about alum interview or hub interview? From what you said, it seems that you are trying to get a hub interview. If that\'s the case, try to contact adcome at the Wharton S2S discussion board.

我人在深圳。我搜了深圳、广州和上海半径160英里，都没有校友面试。所以，我天天看香港、上海和PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW有没有时段。结果是五天都没有预约上！着急！

我上S2S看了，有印度人说截止日前一两天才安排上的。但我不知中国是不是也这样。是我急早了，还是形势不妙？

就剩下直接给ADMISSION OFFICIER打电话了。

I mentioned that I searched Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai with a radius of 150 miles. But there was no aluminus available.

By the way, Wharton didn\'t hold interview in Beijing this year.

Try this way: just input the city name in the form of \'city\' and select the \'country\', leave the \'radius\' blank. You will find three alumni in Beijing, three in Shanghai and zero in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

take a fly to Wharton, Let them see how good looking you are, let them see how bad you want Wharton, considering that they are taking about 300 out of 700 interviewees, what good can a phone interview do for you? There are still available slots of Campus interview, I just booked mine last Friday.

Actually, I have considered a campus interview in UPenn. But I have two board meetings to attend.

Moreover, I should join the group to visit Europe after the New Year\'s day. I can\'t divide myself into three pieces.

Dear Mr.WXH7314, everyone is occupied by never-stopping personel and social responses. But there are priorities in life, if you think Wharton interview is not as important as attending your inescapable board meetings, then don’t do it, they might admit you even without an interview. But it’s rare.

My actual career is certainly more important than the uncertain interview.

It is difficult to disclose my real position for some confidential consideration. I am on the management of one largest governmental holdings company that controlled three biggest investment banks in China.

I apply for Wharton just to further my formal business education. I don\'t want a career transformation or a change of job.

I have a decent job and I have been on the right track already. I need an accelerator and some credibility.

A decent MBA education can further your career in most cases, it also prepares you for future challenges. Everyone knows Wharton don’t take losers, all candidates are very competitive. In order to be admitted, they must give their best efforts. Especially in investment banking, Finance field where tons of Wall Street middle level managers waiting to get in. I know that there are some truly outstanding individuals don’t even get the interview invitation. As for me, I won’t take it for granted; I\'ll do what is the best to get admitted.

I applied Wharton and HBS at the same time. Coincidentally, Wharton and HBS had the same Round 1 deadline.

But HBS didn\'t give me any information on their intent. It worries me most.

My impression about Wharton\'s interview based on other XDJM\'s experience is: it\'s all depends on your interviewer. You have to know his/her background before going to this game. For example, one IB partner asked interviewee some tricky quantatitive questions; one GM type of interviewer asked more about behavior questions.

Yes. I prepared for both structured questions and some challenging and tricky questions. But I didn\'t imagine some interviewer would ask some quantitative questions. I studied mathematics in my undergradate major. But I am not sure about those terms in calculus.

Will this happen to me? I try to the settle the interview with Mr. Susanto. Is he from Spain or South America?
