请教“Please go through your resume”

sh784533: 准备面试问题的时候，一般blind interview上来都是go through your resume. 这个问题应该如何把握详略呢？是挑重点说，还是基本都说到只是挑重点的细说？时间一般控制在多久合适？谢谢各位！

jelt2359: Tell a story. This is your chance to introduce yourself, tell the story of what motivates you, what makes you tick, and so on. Take your time in doing it. This is not an elevator pitch- it's the start of a conversation.
