小年夜 Rice U. Jones MBA面经

小年夜晚上面试的。一位两年级的学生面试，人很nice,说话速度适中，基本都能听懂，下面是我的面试过程介绍：

前十分钟： 寒暄后对方介绍自己的读MBA前的背景，现在找工作的情况等等。

接下来是我的面试开始：

(General questions)

• Go through resume
• Short-term goal/ Long term goal
• What do you think you need to achieve your S/L term goal (= Why MBA）
• Why Jones.

(Detailed cases questions)

• Tell me a time when you had strong influence on others.
• Tell me your experiences while working in a diversified team.
• Tell me a time when you said "No" to your boss, or business partners etc. How did you deal with that situation.
• Any courses or clubs that you are interested in Jones.

(FAQ)
