2, why this bs

Don't feel bad of your interview, no one can judge the result of an interview. You can send a thank you e-mail to your interviewer, give her your polished answers to the interview questions, attach your resume. Find an excuse to explain why you haven't finished your resume, things as you have just finished your GMAT test, or you think it's better to make things perfert than giving her an unsatified resume.

1. That's O.K. Adcoms usually are very professional. If they agree to interview you, that should be fine;

2. That's a tough call. If you make an excuse, you either sound unprofessional, or she still felt doubtful for your story;

3. If you insisted the interview, but hadn't prepared resume, that sounds odd to her. At least you're not serious about her school.

Bottom line, what you've done is done. Interivew is just one factor in the formula. I will suggest you just write a warmful 'Thank-you' card to her, mixed with some twist of compliment, hopefully she will buy it.

Leeciao, congratulations on your earlier actions.

Normally, the adcoms will regard you as an aggressive person, who all b-schools are eager to recruit. So, don't worry about that.

It's not a big matter. But, what you should learn from this experience is that you MUST keep confidence when explaining question raised by adcoms.

Yes. You are expected to have your resume at hand, when you conduct interviews. And you can prepare your resume first.

Keep rolling! You know practising makes perfect, for almost everything.

Generally, foreigners dislike to be pushed to much.
You should not attend an interview before you prepare it carefully.

Usually even you provide your resume either online or email to the school. you should prepare a few copies when you attend the interview. Just in case.

Regarding your title, I think it is what you have done matters. Try to focus on what you have actually done in your essays. Adcoms know title does not mean much, and thus can change. but next time, try to be consistent. Considering the competition, avoid any mistakes that Adcom can use as an excuse to reject you.

Please treasure each opportunity you got.  If u waste it, then another person loses this opportunity to be interviewed.

The lady is very kind, actually.   Don't worry too much.  Her title is international admission advior, that means she had lot's of experience with situations like what you experienced.
