Johnson R2 MBA 面经 [2021.01.21]

Johnson 的面试都是 rolling 发放的，通过邮件通知然后自己在系统中选择时间，特别贴心的一点是 Johnson 所有可选的面试时间都是按照申请人所在的时区显示的，楼主在国内所有的时间都显示的是 China Standard Time，不需要自己再去换算时间，必须点个赞。

Johnson 的面试以 AO 面为主，面试我的是一个刚加入 AO 团队不久的亚裔美国小哥哥。Johnson 的面试和其他学校不太一样，不会问太多 Behavioral questions，更重要的是看申请人是否真的和 Johnson fit，所以大家在申请过程中，一定要把为什么 Johnson 适合自己，以及如何通过学校的资源帮助自己实现 career goal 研究的细致一些，自圆其说。

全程 40 分钟左右，其中 30 分钟面试，10 分钟左右提问互动交流，主要问题如下：

1. Please introduce your academic and professional experience.
2. What do your supervisors and colleagues describe you?
3. Why do you pursue MBA at this point of time?
4. What are your career goals?
5. Any targeted companies.
6. What’s your plan B if you don’t land on your ideal job after the MBA?
7. How will you leverage Johnson’s resources to help you achieve your career goals?
8. From your perspective, what makes a leader successful?
9. Do you have any interesting clubs and extracurricular activities at Johnson?
10. What contributions can you bring to the Johnson community?
11. What makes you decide to go to which school/MBA program?
12. Talk about your hobby. (根据 essay 里面的素材提问的)
13. Any other things you would like me to share with the admission committee.
14. Q&A session.
