Kellogg R3 面经 [2020.07.15]

5 月底申请了 Kellogg 的 round 3,很神奇的在上周收到了面试邀请，刚刚面试完，分享给群内准备今年 round 1,2 的小伙伴。

Question list:

1. Walk through your resume.
2. What's your motivation of switching each role/job?
3. What's your short-term and long-term career goal and why?
4. Why Kellogg?
5. What's your leadership style and achievements/learnings?
6. What's the constructive feedback you received from your colleagues or friends?
7. Have you talked to any Kellogg alumnus and what's their names?
8. What's your plan B if not admitted by Kellogg?
9. Anything you want to ask.

面试官很 nice,匹配的是在同一个行业做私募的小哥哥，竟然还在同一个 building 里，不过疫情期间就微信 call 了。

整个过程大概持续 45 分钟，正常情况下是 30 分钟，最后又 freestyle 的聊了一些其他的关于申请，职业发展和 Kellogg 见闻的话题，全程英文。
