儿童节大礼之RSM面试……
一个星期前收到面试通知，还没觉得怎么样，觉得不就是面试么，自己好歹是个HR什么都怕难道还怕面试么
结果到昨天的时候就觉得自己异常焦虑了
把申请的时候写的几篇essay全都打印出来好好过了一遍，然后用swot（学校要求）把自己又分析了一遍
又找了一堆小伙伴做了一下brain storming，但是没有做mock（这是我觉得最后悔的地方，身边读MBA的太少了）
约的荷兰时间早上十点，所以其实我刚刚从会议室出来，整个过程大概45分钟左右
我是今天面试的第一个人，所以我觉得略慌
问的问题都比较常规，大概有这些：
- introduce about yourself- tell me something not mentioned in your resume
- why mba and why rsm
- what made you do the decision as an HR
- what's your management style
- post-MBA goal
- what can the program provide to you
- what will you do if your team member doesn't want to do his work
- what's your role in a team
- do you like travel? what will you feel when you're in a totally new environment
- any other schools you applied
- what's your hobbies? current do any sports?
- the most important thing you suspect to gain from the program?
- additional questions
出来后知后觉一脸懵逼觉得自己不停的在说well和完全混乱的语法时态
anyway也结束了，剩下的也就认命了
写此帖希望给其他有申请RSM的小伙伴一些帮助，要是还有其他的问题我想起来的话也会补充在这里的
其实RSM还是一个相对来说比较有人文情怀的学校，整个申请过程都给我这样的感觉，包括和AO和AD的聊天也是
