Northwestern Kellogg 面经 [2017.03.01]

都是R2 申请的学校， 每次面试前我都会上Clear Admit 和 CD 把最近几年的面试问题放到Word文档里我运气比较好，没有遇到没有准备过的问题。

大家有问题的话尽管问

Kellogg:

on campus， 我是早上先参加了info session, campus tour， 下午面试

面官是AO， 半小时， 很友善，开始的时候她说她不在我的Admission Committee里，只看过我的resume ，她是按照手上的表格问问题的 ，问了很多关于leadership的问题，建议大家多准备leadership的故事

1. Walk me through your resume starting from college
2. Tell me about a leadership experience ?
3. Tell me about a time when you step up and become a leader?
4. What is your leadership style, has it changed?
5. What are three words your coworker would use to describe you?
6. How do you plan to contribute to the community through clubs or activities at Kellogg?
7. What is your biggest achievement?
8. What do you like the most about your current company?
9. Short term and long term goal
10. Why Kellogg?
11. What do you do for fun?
12. If there is anything else you want to address? (我补充了why MBA now，因为我入学工作只有3年)
