先说一下楼主自己的背景：

1. 广西大学财务管理专业毕业，算是211工程里面比较垫底的大学
2. GPA 2.88 哈哈 不要问我为什么，当年根本没想到GPA这东西还有用！国内就业根本不看这个好嘛！
3. 雅思总分7.5 GMAT 总分720 （GPA不足必须靠这两个弥补啊）
4. 超过5年的城商行工作经验（其中1.5年总部管理经验，3年部门经理管理经验）

面经：

1. Tell me about yourself and your work in the recent 2 years.
2. Why MBA, Why do you want to come to Schulich?
3. The worst decision you've made. If do it again, what would you do?
4. Any difficulties that you think you will encounter if you enter the program?
5. 你认为作为一名Manager，最重要的特质是什么?
6. Post MBA plan.
7. The most challenging thing you ever did.
8. What do you think you can bring to the school and the classmates?
9. 是否曾有过和上司意见相悖的经历，如何解决?如果说服你的boss接受你的意见？
10. Leadership experience.
