UCLA Anderson 15/11/03 面经

面试发出时间是submission DDL之后10天。收到之后我询问了AO是否可以得知对方的电话号码，以防网络出现问题。对方的回复是那天AO假期，office 没人，面试官知道我的电话，如果有问题会主动联系我

面试官是Anderson二年级学生，印度人，很nice，在预约的时间前10分钟就在skype上联络了，并且告知了我他的全名。我当时顺带google了一下，发现他和我背景很像，都是tech

面试开始，对方让我不要紧张，和我说明了一下他需要记笔记，然后开始Anderson的经典问题们：
1.Walk through your resume
2.Why MBA
3.Why now
4.Short term goal & long term goal
5.Why Anderson
6.What attributes do consultants need to equipt with and how do you grow to have these attributes? (这个是根据每个人背景而特别提出的问题）
7.Contribution to Anderson
8.Failed experience
9.Questions for him

面试整体持续了不到半个小时
