Cambridge MBA (Phone) Interview [2015-03-05]

这周一电话面试。面试官是一个教授，感觉应该年纪不大。据面试官说信号不太好，很多杂音。后来重新打了一下稍微好点。主要问题如下：

1. 介绍现在的工作
2. Your leadership style
3. if not a leader, what's your contribution to the team.
4. what other universities have you applied?
5. How do you work with people of different nationality?

好像还有一个问题，但是我不太记得了:p 总的来说感觉面试管喜欢跟着你说的东西顺着问下去，比较在意国际经验。

给有兴趣申请的同学做个参考
