UT Austin McCombs MBA Skype面经 [2014-10-27]

10月22日凌晨收到面试邀请，由于不在北京上海，就选择了10月27日晚上Skype视频面试。

面试官为McCombs在校二年级墨西哥男生，非常友善热情，他只看过我的resume。Skype开始有些卡，后面就很清楚，过程中没有中断，全程48分钟。

面试问题都是学校给面试官发的小册子上的（我看他都是按着小册子念，我一边回答他一边记），如下：

1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why MBA & Long- and short-term career goal
3. Leadership experience
4. Why School
5. Contribution to McCombs community
6. Challenging experience
7. 我问了他两个问题：一个找工作，一个生活
