麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院（MIT Sloan School of Management）创新与全球领导力项目来到中国！

麻省理工学院斯隆创新与全球领导力项目，简称斯隆学者项目，是一个为期12个月，全职高级工商管理硕士（MBA）项目。该项目具有八十多年的悠久历史，专为具有全球视野的中高级管理精英而设。每年夏天，来自三十多个国家的120名同学相聚美国麻省剑桥市，共同探索关于领导力、全球商业与如何提升自己。

斯隆学者们需要具有至少十年的全职工作经历（平均工作经验为15年）和在各自岗位上的出众业绩。他们来自非常多元化的行业、公司，具有不同的专业背景，已经准备好全心投入麻省理工学院的全职学习。57%的学员已经具有研究生以上学历。顺利完成一年的项目之后，斯隆学者将可以选择获得麻省理工学院的MBA学位，或管理学硕士学位，或科技管理硕士学位。

The MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership is a 12-month, full-time executive MBA program designed to prepare an elite group of global mid-career managers who are looking to magnify their impact as leaders.   Each year, approximately 120 students go to Cambridge to collaborate with peers from 30+ nations to reach a greater understanding of leadership, global business, and themselves. 

Sloan Fellows have at least 10 years of full-time work experience (the average is 15 years) and a proven track record of accomplishment.  They come from a wide variety of industries, companies, and functional areas, and are academically prepared for the course work at MIT.  57% of the current students have graduate degrees.  Upon successful completion of the program a student may receive an MBA, M.S.in Management or M.S. in Management of Technology.
