kellogg是一个比较senior的校友面试的,02级的毕业生,非常非常的professional & nice,整个过程中就跟聊天一样,面试完了还给了一些建议,最开心的一场面试,觉得受益良多,所以现在是kellogg的脑残粉。
kellogg这个校友面试的非常random,几乎看到resume上他感兴趣的问题就会问,所以整个过程中也自然的很像conversation
- walk through your resume
- why you stay in your current company for such a long time? no job hopping?
- why mba now?
然后再这里我自然讲了我的career goal,后面开始针对这个提问 - what you konw about consulting? why you decide an career switch? your competitiveness with other consulting candidates?
其中还在追问,挑战一些细节,看你goal的真实性和可实现性 - why kellogg?
- how you lead a cross-function team of 20 members
- why you want to improve your front sales efficiency? how you make it?
- why you got faster promotion than your peers?
- some questions about my hobbies
- any other things not on your resume you want me to know better about you?
