Kellogg MBA 面经，攒人品，求offer! [2013-03-19]

kellogg是一个比较senior的校友面试的，02级的毕业生，非常非常的professional & nice，整个过程中就跟聊天一样，面试完了还给了一些建议，最开心的一场面试，觉得受益良多，所以现在是kellogg的脑残粉。

kellogg这个校友面试的非常random，几乎看到resume上他感兴趣的问题就会问，所以整个过程中也自然的很像conversation

1. walk through your resume
2. why you stay in your current company for such a long time? no job hopping?
3. why mba now?
   然后再这里我自然讲了我的career goal，后面开始针对这个提问
4. what you konw about consulting? why you decide an career switch? your competitiveness with other consulting candidates?
   其中还在追问，挑战一些细节，看你goal的真实性和可实现性
5. why kellogg?
6. how you lead a cross-function team of 20 members
7. why you want to improve your front sales efficiency? how you make it?
8. why you got faster promotion than your peers?
9. some questions about my hobbies
10. any other things not on your resume you want me to know better about you?
