Ross MBA 面经，攒人品，求offer! [2013-03-19]

R1 WL without interview, R2补了面试，soojin电话面的，并没有如其他申请者一样接到group discussion的邀请。

面试的一小部分为经典问题，然后针对我的一个做了详细的提问，时间持续为一个小时

1. go through your resume
2. your career goal, why mba?
3. why you apply ross?
4. how to deal with a challenge
5. a story about how you lead a team?
   在这里我说了自己一个工作外的经历，run 一个club的，然后后面的都开始针对这一块进行了详细提问
6. how you came up with this idea?
7. tell me you role in this club?
8. how you cooperate with other founders?
9. decribe an event you once organized?
10. any failure or frustrated situations you met in running this club
11. your contribution to ross when you are admitted
    在这里我又讲了这个club experience 会给ross学生带来的benefits, 然后她又追问了细节
12. questions for her,
    我提到的是career service在这个tough market的情况下，如何帮助学生找工作，从前两天刚被ding和后面跟校友的聊天来看，这不是一个好问题所以有的时候在敏感的时间里，不要太去问一些有risk的问题
