Video Essay 很简单随便说说就行

问的大概是：A setback in your study/work and how to move forward/in a new direction

真人面试 问了一些问题，通常会保持25-30min

但我说的慢且多，40min，问的相对少些

Where did you hear the program? Why Carlson?
Which course provided by Carlson are you interested in?
Tell me about your internships and work?If you don't have enough work experience or internships, talk about projects and research you've done.
Tell me about a challenging experience you had while doing team works?
After graduation, do you want to go back to China or stay at US? Future plans?
When you were a leader, you had some problems with your team members. How did you resolve them?
Tell me a situation when you had to change your communication style. What was the outcome and what did you learn?
Tell me about a time when your professor gave you criticism or advice that helped improve performance.
Other universities you apply?(说是不影响interview，只做统计，可以选择不授权)


以及老生常谈的Any Questions?问了下scholarships；internships/ jobs；clubs/ organizations；result？
