选校

由于 GMAT 的分数 4 月初才刷出来，所以错过了绝大多数美国 23 fall 的申请批次，只提交了 Darden R3 4 月最后一批和 CBS J-term 入学的申请。

我的选校逻辑是：要上就上全球顶尖的 MBA，绝不将就，不录取就不读了。

几所当时还能申请的 M7 和 S16 院校：

M7: CBS J-term

S16: Ross R4, Darden R3

后来只在 4 月份申请了 Darden R3 的最后一轮，没有申请 Ross，原因是 Darden 全部课程用案例教学。事实证明也是正确的选择，作为国际生，申请轮次必须得是 EA，R1 和 R2。R3 只会留给 US 本土的学生，还有个别 minority 非常特殊的 Profile 录取，其余的就是陪跑。而且 23 fall 是疫情以来最卷的一届申请，不少学校都有增加录取批次，以接纳疫情中没有申请的 candidate 和北美裁员的员工。前面几轮的申请人已经太多了，还有不少人都 waitlist 了，所以 R3 也会从 waitlist 里面捞捞人，因此没有下文也就很正常了。

建议去下载各大商校的简历模板，选一个你喜欢的用就可以，没必要一个学校一版，所有学校都用一版即可
不要写你做了什么，而要写你做出的成果，有什么影响力，尽可能都给出量化结果

推荐信

你的直属上级永远是你最好的推荐人
学校看重的是你推荐人对你的了解程度，而不是推荐人职位的高低
尽可能在推荐人落笔之前给予推荐信的 guideline, 包括你想突出的 quality，一起工作过的成功项目，文章结构等等
推荐人一般都比较忙，越早 on boarding 越好，注意提醒他们在 deadline 之前写完并确认提交，学校的申请平台在申请人提交推荐信之后都会发邮件提醒申请人

CBS:

The Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership (PPIL) is a co-curricular program designed to ensure that every CBS student develops the skills to become an ethical and inclusive leader.
