4.4在广州领事馆第四次签美国F1被拒只问了三个问题。

  你准备去美国做什么？答：准备去美国某某学校某某专业念书。
  你之前去过美国吗？答：去过，某某项目，为期一年。（没有提到转身份，但是DS160里写了）
  你现在在工作吗？答：是的，在某某公司某某职位。


背景：

2015.10.12参加某项目持J1去过美国，本应2016.10.12期回国的，但是我在2016.10.22提交了J1转F1的申请，等了七个多月被拒后回国，18年5月收到东北大学Pathway项目的录取要读两个quarter的语言然后专业课，7、8两个月内申请三次F1被拒，都是在被问到之前是否去过美国在美国转身份期间做了什么之后被拒。

附上前几次的签证经过。

2018.7.11签经

8:30 20号窗口，碰到貌似新任男面签官，他身旁还站着一个女面签官，前头两人，一女生学生签被拒，一男生B2过，听说他们前面的一家三口也被拒。

8：40面签，递护照，I20，和两位签证官打招呼，双方微笑，然后拿到我资料不知道和女签证官说了啥就开始面试了。

  Northeastern University, uh?

    Yes
  Why do you want to go to America?

    I will study for my pathway project and my master degree in Northeastern University in Boston.
  Where’s your undergraduate from?

    Guangxi University of Finance and Economics. And my major is marketing.（说的时候有点卡，签证官还笑着鼓励我说没关系慢慢说）
  What is your major in Northeaster University?

    Science in Project Management.（签证官好像不大懂这个专业，我有重复了一遍）


这时候他看了电脑里的资料然后问我：

  Have you been to Other country?

    Yes, I have been to America as an aupair 3 years ago. Do you know Aupair program. It is ……（没解释完）
  Yes, I know this program.


他又看了一下电脑，然后问我：

  Why ….refused your F1 last time.（没听清，给我说了两遍我都没听清，但是听得懂他问我上次被拒的原因）

    My J1 program ended on October 12 2016,and my F1 program start date was January 17 2017, more than 30days after my grace period expired and I applied late.


签证官一边点头一边看电脑的里的资料。

  Is it the same school.

    No, different. Last time is St. Charles community college.
  You study master program there?

    No, that is not master program. Just for improve my English.其实记不大清，大概就是这。
  Why you want to choose NEU not the same school?

    Because I think I can apply a good school and I wanna be better.(有点遗忘，但是大概是这样回答，估计是崩了。
  那签证官笑了So you refused St Charles? 我跟着笑。
  Your J1 program ended on 0ctober and your F1 program started on January right? What did you do during that time?

    Went to church, study English, and sometimes went to travel.
  Where did you live?

    I live in my friend’s house, she is a student in Saint Louis University.


以上问题两个签证官都是面带微笑，虽然男签证官有时候会关掉麦和女签证说些什么，但是一下问题开始签证官的脸色开始逐渐严肃。

男签证官看了我护照上的出境记录然后给女签证官看，不知道有说了什么然后问我。

  Your J1 finished on Oct. and your F1 start on January right ?

    Yes.
  When did you leave America?

    6.26.2017.
  Why did you leave so late?

    Because I got the denied letter on 2017.6.15, after I got it I bought the tick
