攒人品攒人品攒人品，这次面 ivey ba 是带着申本科时 hba 没要我的怨念去申的，所以准备了挺多的，憋着一口气说一定要申上。

先说一下 timeline:

10.28 赶着第二轮 ddl 交的 application
10.31 收到面试
11.09 面试
11.16 offer


CD 给了我很多很多的帮助，只要把之前帖子里常见的面试问题都准备一下肯定没有任何问题。每个问题尽量说的时间长一点，凸显自己学到了啥/得到了什么/完成了啥，这样的话相同时间内（面试约 30-35 分钟）被问到的问题会少，拿到新题或怪题的可能性也会显著减少。任何和 leadership/teamwork/initiative/communication/passion in ba&ivey 有关的面试官都喜欢听，说就完事了。

面试有如下问题：

Why this program?（建议分 why ivey 和 why ba 两部分说，这样更全面）
What is your influence to this program if you are admitted?（即吹自己，但 based on 简历别吹太过了）
Short-term and long-term career goals.(建议多说点 long-term 就说你最大的野心，但不要假大空，是通过 short-term 一步步能达成的梦想）


我在 part 1 只被问了 3 个问题，可能因为我每个都说了非常多，所以经典题 business trend/how ivey can help you achieve career goal 都没被问到，但还是建议都准备上。

Behavioral q 有如下：

A big challenge you faced. (一定要说出来自己咋解决的，然后凸显很棒的结果）
An experience you felt good but got negative feedback.
A decision made in limited information.
A time of you convincing others.
Misunderstanding about you.
Experience of you being a leader in a project.
Constructive feedback you received.
Tell me a time of you resolving a conflict.
