概要
Renowned Yale School of Management professors will expose you to management fundamentals and show you how MBA training can help you to achieve your career goals, make an impact on society, and become a transformational leader in your chosen professional sector.

耶鲁大学管理学院的知名教授们将为参与者揭示管理学的基础知识，及商学院教育是如何帮助参与者达成职业目标，对社会产生积极影响，并在选择的职业领域成为变革型的领导者。
This two-week program for recent graduates (with less than three years of professional experience) and current university students who aspire to become global leaders for business and society will help you understand global business and hone your leadership skills, while exposing you to the rigor of MBA training.

这个为期两周的项目主要为两类人群设立：有梦想成为全球商业领导者的,少于三年工作经验的本科毕业生,以及有此志向的在读本科生。这个项目将会帮助参与者了解严格的商学院教学模式，同时理解全球商业环境，并历炼领导力。

FUNDAMENTALS OF MANAGEMENT, Yale’s pre-MBA program in Beijing, will help you achieve your goals in business and develop your leadership skills in ways that benefit you, your profession, and society. The insights you will obtain will familiarize you with the value of an MBA education that emphasizes rigorous analysis and decision-making in a complex, interconnected global marketplace.

You will engage with key business concepts drawn from Yale’s MBA program in areas such as accounting and finance, entrepreneurship, global economics, marketing and strategy.

参与者将有机会接触耶鲁大学管理学院MBA项目的一些核心商业概念，比如，财务及金融课程，自主创业课程，全球经济课程，市场营销及战略课程中的核心概念。
