我想你可能是混淆了。BF是将题目中几乎所用的信息都提供给你。包括隐含的。此时让你来之处，某一部分在题目中的作用。如果某一部分为inference，则其必定在其他部分的论述中隐含此项内容。
“那BF中的INFERENCE选项必错,因为它已经被道了!“的这种shuo法，应是犯了倒果为因的错误。

第二句：也就是boldface 第一句是一个ｆａｃｔ
第三句：As the availability of electronic media increases and as it is more easily accessible, the public has less need for printed materials. 是ｐｒｅｍｉｓｅ．
第四句：是文章的结论。
答案我在B/D 中徘徊了好久， 之所以选D:
1. 划线的第一句不是一个论据，因为它去掉也不影响结论。充其量也只是一个事实。
2. B 中的 is reasonably drawn form this passage 是一个肯定的语气， 而实际上我们并不知道是不是还有别的原因削弱这个结论，所以D 的 can be correctly drawn from this argument 更好些。"can be" means not certainly, but potentially good.
请别的朋友说明为什么第四句是 inferrence rather than conclusion.
