新出炉热腾腾的OSU MLHR 面经 & 05-10年5年面经汇总

Katie说话真的让人听不清啊！她的声音又柔又平又小，所以我不停的让她重复问题。不过她真的很耐心，总是换着法的说明。应该注意的是让她重复问问题的时候要把听懂的部分告诉她，她才能更有针对性，也清楚你听懂了哪部分。

回馈CD，为了准备面试，我把过去5年的面经都准备出来了，一共写了14页的草稿。多亏了准备工作多，她问的问题我都准备过，才能比较镇定。

why this program;你认为这个program最吸引你的地方？就是说fisher能给你带来些什么；
what change do you expect when you study in the school

什么时候决定读master；when did you decide to pursue a master's degree in HRM?; why this time
favorite courses。我说了两门。然后她就接着问基于你说的喜欢的这两门课，Fisher College能给你什么帮助。
What challenges expected after arriving in the US and starting the program

关于leadership:

leader in your team did sth. Wrong/当你觉得你的领导做的不对时,并且他的决定经常没有效率时,你会怎么做
领导风格; 经历过的领导方式，professor也可以; 我的Leadership 方式

describe your passion for sth.可能跟我的essay选题有关系，但是leadership的是个名词，我选的是empathy和endurance，没选passion，所以就让我答了
