[已录] Duke MQM 2022 Fall Finance Track R1 面经 [2021.11.26]

8 号晚上 7 点半接到跨洋电话的 offer call，今天早上收到邮件通知。感谢 CD 的前辈们的经验分享。

Timeline:

• R1 申请(北京时间)
• 11.17 凌晨收到面试邀请
• 11.26 与 MBA 一年级同学面试
• 12.08 offer call

Interview:

50 min, 面试官是一个小姐姐叫 Emilie，母语就是英语所以沟通挺顺畅的，主要是我回答的内容比较多，比较琐碎。面试的问题问了挺多，但基本就是 CD 论坛上的那些：

1. 自我介绍。
2. 你有没有失败的 teamwork 或 project?
3. Career goal.（短期 & 长期）
4. 最 enjoy 的 internship.
5. 如果 fuqua 没录，有什么 backup plan?
6. Your role in a team.
7. Your expectation of teamwork.（3 个词）
8. 理想的 Leadership 是怎样的？你是怎么实践这样的 Leadership 的？
9. Inspire others 的 teamwork experience.
10. 有内部矛盾的 teamwork experience，怎么处理的？
11. How to approach others when you go to a new environment?
12. Your proudest accomplishments.
13. How your teammates describe you?
14. How you enhance leadership at Fuqua?
15. Weakness and how to solve it in Fuqua?
16. Your understanding of team Fuqua.
17. Why Fuqua?（Fuqua 最吸引你的是什么）
18. The most important assets that you can bring to Fuqua contribution to Fuqua?（Why you）(1 个品质让你 outstanding，不同于其他候选人)

基本就是这些，在这里感谢 CD 的前辈们的分享，不过我没有好好准备，回答的时候有时候会卡壳和前言不搭后语。不过小姐姐很 nice 很耐心。
