Duke MQM 面经 [2021.02.18]

02.18 上午和 First Year MBA Student 进行了面试，应该算 R2 面试比较早的了？报个面经攒个人品，有一两个不太记得了，不过基本上都是 CD 面经有的关于 teamwork 和 leadership 问题，多准备几个类似的经历，也可能会有深入追问，所以还是要好好准备下。

1. 面试官自我介绍&本人自我介绍。
2. Constructive feedback and how you respond?
3. Leadership experience and how you motivate teammates?
4. Key factors of successful teamwork.
5. Why MQM?
6. Which track and why?
7. Career goal.
8. Understanding of Team Fuqua.
9. What can u bring to Fuqua?
10. Q&A.

全程半个小时左右，面试官没什么 feedback，偶尔笑一笑点点头，面完了心里没啥底，佛系等结果了。面试时长在 mqm 面试里算比较短的了，祝大家顺利！
