Purdue BAIM Kira 面经 [2021.01.31]

刚面完，网络感觉挺好的，赶了最后一轮最后一天 ddl。可能明年的同学能用上吧。

三道题 每题准备 30s，说 1min； 都是题库里的。

1. Tell us about a time when you lead a dysfunctional team, how you solve conflicts and outcomes?
2. What makes a team successful and why?
3. A time you unable to solve a problem in workplace or classroom. What make this problem so difficult? outcome?

第三题的时候网络有点卡，卡掉了读题时间，直接进入准备时间，不过问题不大，时间还是挺充分的。
