今年题目变了，但是主题还是那几个。4 道题， 前三道准备 30 秒， 说1.5 分钟，最后一道无限录。

1. Share me your background, what would your past teammates and colleagues describe you？
2. What is the more effective way to communicate?
3. Mistake?Recent mistake, how did you handle it?
4. What has been the most difficult thing to learn in the field of analytics?
