Kellogg MBA Interview [2020.10.23]

My Kellogg interview lasted for an hour. The interviewer is a Kellogg Class of 2008 alum, and she has been with Apple for 12 years. She spent 40 mins to ask me the questions, and we talked about her Kellogg experience for the rest of the time.

1. Introduce yourself.
2. The biggest accomplishment at work.
3. Diverse team experience.
4. How did your team members describe you (followed by the diverse team question)? Give me three.
5. Tell me a time that you received constructive feedback and how you made the changes.
6. Why MBA? Why now?
7. Short and long term career goal.
8. Weakness and strength.
9. What resources will you bring to the Kellogg program?
10. What clubs/activities will you participate in?
