IC ESB 面经 [2020.02.24]

碰到两道没有见过的题，但问题的内容都差不多只是问法不太一样，中间卡出去了两次刷新之后题目都是一样的。

1. Self-introduction.
2. Tell me about a time when you felt that you lacked the skills required for a specific task or job. What did you do?
3. 题目很长，大概意思是在招聘会上如何向 recruiter 说明你具备他们公司所要求的 skills?
4. Tell me something we can not know from your CV.
5. Writing: 在 career fair 上见过一个 recruiter,写 follow up 邮件想进他们公司。
6. Barrier to entry and give an example.
