UMN MSBA R3 真人面经 [2020.02.28]

基本上都是今年份的面经，都有准备到，只有一题有 follow up. Rao 小哥哥踩点加 skype 好友，全程大概 20 分钟。 小哥哥全程严肃脸，不会打断，基本都在低头纪录， 有点口音，如果不是有面经，可能有几题会有理解障碍。

4. Career Goal.（此处有 follow up: short term 我说的比较全，long term 只说了领域，此处追问了 long term 对哪个公司感兴趣)

8. Experience beyond other's expectation.
9. Most constructive criticism. How you respond and what you learn?
10. Prefer work alone or in a team？
11. Handle conflict in a team.
12. Free time hobby.
