[已录] 麦马 McMaster MBA KIRA&Coop面试 [2020.01.30]

申请了三所学校，目前已经收到McMaster Coop的offer+$5k奖学金，其他两所还在等推荐人上传推荐信，但是不打算等了哈哈~

先说个BG: 加本商科，GPA B+，G720，PR，2年加拿大本土银行工作经验+半年国内市场分析工作经验。

McMaster

麦马整个申请还是很快的，1月15号提交的申请，20号完成的KIRA，24号收到coop真人面试邀请，30号完成的面试，然后2月4号就发来了offer。

KIRA面试3个video essay 1个written essay，只记得两个问题了……

1. What is your career goal, why McMaster?
2. Biggest accomplishment?

KIRA给我的感觉在整个application里占的比重应该挺小的，因为是第一个录的KIRA准备不充分导致整个录的过程中我都挺紧张的，回答的不太好，还掉线了两次。我还担心不会收到coop面试来着。

Coop面试问题多一些，整个过程大概25分钟，认真准备的话还是比较顺的。我的面试官是麦马的alumni，很巧的是和我竟然是本科校友，心理压力小了很多哈哈~问的问题没有特别稀奇古怪的，基本都是MBA面试普遍会遇到的问题：

1. Why MBA and why you are a good fit?
2. An example to show your leadership skills.
3. Tell me a time when you worked as a team member.
4. Tell me a time when you work beyond your responsibility.
5. A failure story and what you learned.
6. Scenario: You and your co-worker received bad feedback from your manager because of a mistake that your co-worker should be responsible for. What would you do.
7. Any questions for me?
