昨天在 portal 看到了 ESADE 的 admission，来回馈社会了，CD 上 ESADE 的面经还挺少的，给后面申请的宝宝们一个参考吧！
我没有申 cems，但面试形式是一样的，45 min case preparation——10 min presentation——45 min interview，要自备纸笔。 我的面试地点在上海静安洲际酒店大堂，interview 的时候旁边的大妈很吵，Mary 回过头很无奈地看了她们一眼。

下面是 ESADE 面经
Case 是关于 emerging-market brand 的一篇经济学人的文章，三个问题是
Introduce this case to interviewer, including the three important points
Of the eight paths, which two you think are the most likely to succeed, why
How global program like Esade’s prepare the companies for “brand greatness”
Case 是 Mary 根据你的 application 经历量身挑选的，所以完全可以结合自己的经历回答（which is 我没做好的部分）
讲道理，45 min 看文章、梳理逻辑、准备 pre 内容，时间还是很紧张的。
再加上我的渣渣口语……面完这个 par 我已经感觉凉凉。
问答部分
- Most challenging thing in the master
- What’s your contribution to the program
- Career office 作用
- Experience in Singapor（我提到了 team 里有不同国家的人，然后追问我，跟他们一起工作对我的改变）
- 在进入 program 前打算做什么 preparation.
只记得这几个问题了（没有顺序） 按照一般思路来准备即可，why program?why school?和career goal 的联系等等。 一开始还很害怕压力面，但Mary真的很随和！！当我意识到面试没表现好的时候还一直鼓励我，一致好评的亚洲招生官当之无愧。
