HEC Paris GE Round 3 面经 & 最近的面试问题 Summary [2019.04.13]

背景是理工背景申请HEC GE项目，放一下自己的面经感恩CD&攒RP等offer。

如果能拿到offer更一下BG和理工科非典型背景到申请经验。

HEC面试复盘

1. 为什么选择HEC的GE项目？
2. 为什么想做Banking？
3. 对欧洲银行的了解？
4. Banking和长期目标的关系？
5. 你为什么对healthcare比较感兴趣？
6. 你觉得为什么我们要录你，你能给学校带来什么价值？
7. 有哪些东西可以证明你的Passion？
8. 未来的职业计划？
9. 你觉得自己十年之后会是什么样子的？
10. 国际比赛，你做leader是怎么协调大家的？
11. 问问题：对相似背景者的建议？

总体感觉

1. 时间大概30分钟，Skype没出啥bug，我的经验是基本不会有眼神交流，因为他们会把视频投在屏幕上，电脑在侧面，所以你懂得，在你看起来他们并不是会看你。
2. 感觉比较常规，就没什么特别奇怪的问题，我之前以为会问很多简历上面的东西，但实际上并没有问很多，而是问了很多动机相关、计划相关的内容。然后我觉得自己80%都覆盖到了，所以就等结果吧，希望能被女神校录。
3. 一些Mock的反馈，基础功课要做足，然后简历上的都准备好吧，多和朋友们练练，找自己的逻辑漏洞。

3. 建议多和Unibuddy上的HEC学生多聊，官方的和在校生沟通的渠道，可以获取很多信息，比如我对创业比较有兴趣所以问希腊小哥出来HEC Incubator x Station F这类信息，至少可以让自己准备更充分一些吧。
4. 下面是我自己准备的面试问题集，基本包含常规问题，然后其实每个问题都写了一份自己的答案，如果是像我一样面试容易怯场建议可以写下来一些答案，这样会实战会好一些。

Motivation 动机

1. Why did you choose HEC Paris and this specific program? 为什么选择这个项目？
2. Why not America’s Master?   
3. Why is this program perfect fit for you to achieve your career goals? 为什么这个项目适合你？
4. Why chooses finance? Why not science or IT? 为什么对金融和商业感兴趣？为什么不学其他的专业？
5. Why finance will keep play a key role in the future. 你对金融行业的看法？    
6. Why this short-term goal? 为什么订这个短期目标？
7. Healthcare vs. IB? 健康行业还是IB？   
8. Why this long-term goal? 为什么订这个长期目标？
