2. quote or saying that inspires you.
3. 作为 leader 的经历，怎么做，outcome
4. What do you think is the reason students who travel abroad only form relationships with thepeople from the same country? Do you think it is negative or positive?
5. 你最想改变 education background 的什么？
6. career goal.
7. 如何提高你的英文水平？
8. （写作）公司如何帮助员工 maintain a good work-life balance.

提醒：准备好计时器，因为上面的进度条会根据你的网速卡住，但是时间还是继续走的，一定要自己计时.

写作部分：准备好电子词典就直接写吧，根本来不及查百度或者 google 的, 早点准备，早点调试设备，找个网速好的地方，要是你的麦克风小声的话，记得写个纸条提醒自己，全程注意举麦……
