- 题目是某航空公司滥用客户的数据,问题是 big data 如何提高公司的 financial performance,以及这家公司应该如何采取 action 纠正错误。
A:我的思路
1.如何提高公司的 financial performance
因为大数据的这些特点,必须有软件来分析: (这三点是我最后做的总结,只说了橙色关键词) 、
- Data mining 挖掘数据:analyzing data to identify patterns and establish relationships such as associations (where several events are connected), sequences (where one event leads to another) and correlations.
- Predictive analytics 预测行为:a type of data mining which aims to predict future events. For example, the chance of someone being persuaded to upgrade a flight
- Statistical analytics 统计分析: used to identify trends, correlations and changes in behavior.
The analytical findings can lead to 分析数据的结果: (以下几个点是我第一轮发言说的)
1) Better marketing 更好的市场营销
2) Better customer service and relationship management 提供更好的服务和关系管理
3) Increased customer loyalty 提高客户忠诚度
4) Increased competitive strength 提高竞争优势
2.如何 ACTION
- reputation damaged——brand影响——goodwill受损(商誉减值)——chairman issue report to establish good corporate governance.
- Audit Committee——Internal Audit——daily operation to detect fraud—— place sensors in name badges so that employee movements and interactions at work can be monitored
tips:
- 建议不要前几个发言,把思路理清楚,慢慢说。
- 跟组员事先说好,最好不要打断别人的发言。(我们组第一轮发言时,有个女生先发言了,然后又抢着后面女生第一轮发言的机会,有点不太礼貌)
