JHU Kira R2 面经 [2019.01.24]

30 秒准备，60 秒录，两道题。
有遇到新题（应该在 CD 还没出现过吧）

1. If you would like to choose a foreign culture to learn from, what will you choose? why?
2. tell me about a time when you needed to give someone criticism and you knew they wouldn't take it well. what was the outcomes and what did you learn?
3. tell me about a time when you completely disagreed with a mentor, teacher, or boss. what was the outcome and what did you learn?

小经验：

1. 面了 JHU Carey 的两个项目，觉得 Carey 所有项目的 Kira 题库应该是一样的。
2. 一般第一道是和 culture 相关，第二道是和经历相关，看了不少面经大概率是这样。所以我觉得可以分 culture 和经历两个大类来准备。
3. 在上传时刷新可以换题，但不确定会不会被查出是作弊。
4. 其实一分钟真的讲不了什么，所以可以省掉很多细节，直接用 STAR 原则讲事件（Situation，Task，Action，Result），或者分 123 几句话讲原因什么的就行了。
