ESSEC的面试本来是可以Skype面试的，但是我从之前的工作经验得出结论：面对面的交流难以被视频代替，因此选择了去巴黎面试。

周四晚上飞到巴黎，本来想练下面试，但是路上很累，到了Airbnb后就洗个澡睡觉了。

周五早上去ESSEC，进到面试楼碰到了论坛上刚认识的小伙伴，他在和引导员小哥聊天。

小伙伴进去面试后引导员小哥领我做了Campus Visit。我头一次参观商校，觉得学校真是很有钱。

轮到我面试了，和另一个考场的姑娘在走廊里聊了几句，她在欧莱雅做digital方面的实习。看人家的profile觉得和ESSEC真的很匹配。

我的jury是一个经济学的老师，一个二十多年前毕业的校友，法国人，一个在读的alumni，印度人。

面试开始，以自我介绍开始，随后就是比较常规的问题了：

1. Why ESSEC?
2. Why business school? Why not a MBA?
3. What do you do for the management?
4. What did you experience as difficulties about cross culture in the job?
5. What did you experience as ethical dilemma?
6. What motivates you to have your own company?
7. Why do you want to establish your company in Africa not in China or France?
8. What do you want to get from ESSEC, except knowledge and social network?
9. What is your ideal job?
10. Who do you admire as businessman?
11. What is your daily life in xx (where I work now)?
12. You are older than other students, will you find it difficult to integrate yourself to them?
13. Maybe it is easier for you to find your future partners in MBA, as for the students of MIM, they just start their job, maybe they have no idea for their own company. What do you think about?
14. If you organize a lecture about renewable energy, you have three months, how would you organize it?
15. You said for Chinese, it is difficult to express their negative opinions. How can you overcome it?
16. Tell me a situation where you have a dilemma.

以上为我能回忆起的问题。我回答时没有觉得被challenge。不过有的问题我答的有点儿吃力，比如15号问题。

最后是我的问题时间，我中规中矩问了年轻的alumni他的期待和现实的差距，问了老师我入学前要准备什么课程。

我的英语很渣，所以对英语面试很紧张。不过以上的问题，我基本都准备过，所以面试时倒是没有觉得很紧张。

面试过程中，年纪大的alumni是不记录的，另外两位记录了很多。

ESSEC的亮点是学校的招生显得很有诚意（不过我没有参加别的学校的直招经验，没有对比。这句仅是对它一家的评价）。

今年的商校申请暂时告一段落，希望自己好运。申请商校最大的收获是让我思考了一些关于未来的问题。

希望自己能够manage好自己，无论是哪一方面。
