去年的Telephone Interview Questions小结，其实和ESSAY的10个标准问题大同小异。
(60-90% coverage of all the questions you will meet in the interview):
1. Give an brief introduction about yourself. (频率最高)
2. Why MBA, Why this moment,Why you choose our business school? What can you contribute to our school? (频率最高)
3. Describe your career progress
4. Describe a typical workday
5. Leadership story (describe a situation that you use the leadership skills you assist the team completing a goal; what kind of leader you like moy favor and what kind of leader you unlike most)
6. Describe a failure experience (a lesson you have taken)
7. Describe a professional achievement
8. What kind of team member you like most and you unlike most. When you have a team member you don’t like in the group, how will you treat him?
9. Describe you team spirit story
10. What are you hobbies/extraprofessional activities?
11. What kind members you expect from the learning group at our school? Why?
12. You can ask a few questions about the school.
另外有些学校问到了business ethics，Yale问到了"今年很多中国申请人的职业目标都和你一样，请问你和他们相比，在该职业目标上有什么优势"(去年有不少人的职业目标是创业，为中小企业做咨询)。鹿特丹在面试里要分析一个case，电话面试时不知道有没有。
这是对10多名参见面试的申请调查得到的，覆盖的学校应该有20多个，因为我本人并没有参见面试，加上已经过去了一年，有些记得可能不是太确切了，不当之处，请批评指正。
有时间了再写一点我对面试回答的个人建议，供大家参考。
