罗叔简历：

Russell is the former Associate Director of Admissions at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. From 2008 to 2016 he was responsible for MBA recruitment in Greater China. At Duke, Russell reviewed thousands of Chinese MBA applications and interviewed hundreds of applicants. During the time he led Admissions Committee, Russell saw almost 400 successful Chinese applicants admitted to Duke's Daytime MBA program. Additionally, he led global recruitment for Duke's two Master of Management Studies programs, reviewing hundreds of Chinese applications, and interviewed over a hundred Chinese applicants virtually and in person.

Russell has seen many applicants with strong profiles who were unsuccessful in their application to top programs. While at Duke, he traveled around the US and across Asia conducting joint Information Sessions with Admissions Officers from Berkeley, Michigan, Cornell, Yale and Darden and the message is the same across programs: You must know how to tell your story. Too often, these schools see strong applicants who were not able to tell their story in a way that resonated with the Admissions Committee.

As a former Admissions Officer dedicated to recruitment in China for eight years, Russell possesses an unparalleled depth of knowledge into the Chinese applicant pool. He has traveled with a network of Admissions Officers from top schools and has heard their message, and it is consistent.
