interview with kelley MBA [2016-03-28]

昨天刚结束了和kelley的面试，贴出来供大家参考，也希望自己之后有好运气~

楼主3.13递交申请，之后大概一周收到的面试要求，根据要求流程预订面试时间，准备了准备昨天就上战场了

是second year student面试的，进行interview schedule的时候，会有interviewer 的名字，所以建议大家可以去linked in搜一下你的interviewer，也许warm up或者small talk的时候可以用到（不过楼主没用到...这厮讲话太快，几乎没有插话的空间）

流程如下：

1. short introduction to himself
2. tell him something about your experience(就是go through resume了)
3. why MBA
4. how do you cooperate with the tech team(细节题，因为楼主之前讲个人经历的时候说I will work together with the tech team blabla )
5. you said you have a passion for teamwork, can you explain why?
6. can you tell me something about the mistakes you have ever made in work(当时真没想起来能说啥，就直接回了好像想不起来有啥mistake...对方愣了一下也笑了，就直接下一题了)
7. do you always ask for advices from your colleagues,and how do you deal with them?
8. any questions for him?
9. what are you most proud of in work?
10. what do you plan to do after graduation?still consulting or consider a career change?

整个过程也就将将半小时，之后就goodnight了。
